Under the Computer Configuration, right click on Administrative Templates. Select the newly created Group Policy Object and click Edit.
Create a Group Policy Object and name it Zoom. To know more about the steps, visit the page.
We have since reversed that policy, but since users are working over VPN, the Computer-based GPO doesn't enable the camera on users who are remote. We had a group policy in place to disable the Widows 10 camera features from apps. As you know, many of us have been supporting our users who are working from home these past few weeks.
